MDS Consulting (“MDS”) is a planning, engineering, and surveying firm serving the coastal, inland, and desert communities of Southern California, with offices located in Irvine (corporate and main office) and Palm Desert.

MDS was founded in 1977 and has provided consulting planning, engineering, and surveying services to private and public clients for the intervening forty-six years.
